Fiesta ST180 tuning guide. The Fiesta ST180 is a fantastic car for tuning with thousands of options on parts. 

This is more based on the performance side of things. This is designed to give you a rough idea of hardware required to get certain power levels. The idea of stages is to give people an base line of what is needed to make certain levels of power. We afre going to touch on stage 1, 2 and 3. These are based round the idea that the car is healthy, running well and on good fuel.

Stage 1 is based round a completely stock car. you can add mods to optimise the tuning. 

Stage 2 is based on a minimum hardware spec of downpipe, intercooler upgrade and intake upgrade. You can add more to help this level achieve the most out of the factory turbo. 

Stage 3 is based round having a full tubo back exhaust upgrade including dowpipe, intercooler and boost pipes upgraded, full intake system including crossover and a hybrid turbo or larger turbo.
