Refunds

We offer a 14 day refund and return policy.

We must be informed of any requests to be refunded within 14 days of your reciept of the item in question.

The item must be returned to us and time allowing us to assess the fault or to check if its resaleable before a refund is issued.
​
If the item is returned after successful delivery, the shipping is non refundable. There are exceptions to this.

Reasons to not issue a refund

damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund)

no longer want an item (eg, because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they purchased it without seeing it

Item purchased was intenionally purchased for a different vehicle or purpose that that listed or without confirming its the correct part for the car in uncertaincies.

the item is returned damaged and not in its original packaging (unless otherwise discussed)
Returns

We must be informed and agree to any requests to return an item.

Any returns must be sent out within 14 days of reciept of item.
​
Returns are done at the cost of the buyer we will only refund the original cost at time of purchase.
​
If the item is returned in an unfit state then we can refuse refund (allowances are made).
​
Before going to return an item we may ask for pictures and details of the item to resolve matters as quick as possible.
Deliveries
​
We know how exciting it can be waiting for a parcel! We've put together a little Guide so you can get a general idea on how long you'll be waiting.
This guide is for UK Customers only, as Oversees shipping is entirely dependent on the destination country.
All orders placed will be processed the same day prior to 4.30pm and will be shipped the following day.
Any orders placed post this time will be processed the following day.
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours.
Orders made on weekends (saturday and sunday), bank holidays, Christmas day, new years will be processed on the next working day.
Items are normally delivered within 5 working days, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Any delays will be with the courier not ourselves and as when orders are collected its completely down to the courier to deliver on time.
Many of our parts are made to order so may take a few days extra to be delivered. This is down to some parts being of a new market or down to them being part of a niche market, in instances such as this please bare with us on slightly longer delivery windows due to this.
We aim to help in all cases of shipping and will try to uphold deliveries to be on schedule.
