The stock catalyst and downpipe of the Mk7 Fiesta ST180 EcoBoost are manufactured in one piece, the R-Sport downpipe carries over this one piece design for easy fitment everytime. The stock downpipe suffers from a restrictive bend and very small 48mm internal bore. This becomes critical to replace at stage 2 levels of power as the 48mm small bore is nowhere near the optimum flow rate of the standard Fiesta ST180 Borg Warner Turbocharger.

The larger bore size of the R-Sport PRO Sports Cat down Pipe is 76mm, and being amongst the largest on the market, it has over 100% more capacity to generate added power. This is the perfect way to add flow and power to all world variants of the 2013-2018 Mk7 Fiesta ST180 and ST200, whilst remaining road legal.

What are the additional options?
Fire Ring
When replacing the downpipe on the ST180, there is a sealing gasket, also know as the Fire Ring that avoids any harmful exhaust gasses escaping from the exhaust system and entering the cabin of the car. Although Ford state this ring is reusable, we recommend replacing this each time the downpipe is removed, to guarantee a perfect seal.
Catback Adapter
New to the R-Sport range is the stock catback adapter. For the majority of ST180 owners, a downpipe will come after an aftermarket catback, however as the cars are becoming more affordable, more and more often people are retaining the stock catback system, and fitting a downpipe first. If this is the case, you will have a step down from the 3 inch downpipe to the 1.9 inch exhaust, therefore the catback adapter is required to not only smoothen this dropdown in diameter, but to make sure the two surfaces mate together safely and correctly.
*Please Note: You will require a Stage 2 remap to run this downpipe correctly, we recommend the MAXD Stage 2R calibration.
